We're looking for a Working Supervisor to lead our Paeroa-based team delivering electricity services across the Valley. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering work programmes while staying close enough to the field to understand what's happening on the ground. You'll oversee and manage the faults work stream during the day, scoping jobs accurately, monitoring weekly progress and driving productivity. You'll supervise a crew of 10 or fewer, small enough to lead effectively, large enough to make a real impact. This role offers flexibility: remain hands-on where it adds value, or transition further off the tools as you grow in leadership. Participation in the after-hours faults roster is optional but provides genuine earning potential beyond your base salary. A tool-of-trade vehicle is included. If you're currently on the tools and ready to take the next step, this is your opportunity. **Mōu Koe | About you** You know distribution. You understand faults.
