We’re looking for a hands-on Service Assistant to support our busy service department. If you're mechanically minded, detail-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to hear from you! What We’re Looking For: Strong mechanical aptitude – practical, hands-on person Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks Great team player with a positive attitude Basic understanding of electrical concepts (a bonus!) Good communication skills and willingness to learn In This Role, You’ll: Assist with coordinating service jobs and subcontractors Help arrange new machine installations and commissioning Respond to customer service enquiries Load service costs and assist with invoicing Order machine parts and manage stock Support service level agreement (SLA) renewals and outreach Learn how our machines operate and help troubleshoot issues What You’ll Need: Full NZ driver’s licence Secondary school education (some electrical knowledge a plus) Confidence with basic IT systems Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment What We Offer: Supportive team and leadership On-the-job training with real development opportunities Fast-paced, varied work where no two days are the same Stable, full-time employment with a trusted NZ business
