Ongoing career development We are looking for a qualified, experienced Automotive or Motorcycle Technician for our growing team at our new workshop in North Canterbury. This is a opportunity for you to work for a well-known brand with a great reputation. We need your extensive skills and knowledge to provide quality service in our workshop. Ideally, the right candidate will be a certified Automotive Technician with a proven record working on all models of Motorcycles. However, experience will be taken into account. We do a variety of work so if you have training on a variety of Brands we need to hear from you. The work will be varied but will have a strong emphasis on, ATV, Side x Sides, Dirt & Off-Road Bikes as well as some Farm Machinery and on road bikes. You will usually be working out in the Workshop on Farm Bike Machinery, 5 days per week. However, there may also be occasional times when you will need to work on the On Farm Truck . Therefore, the ability to work independently and be flexible and adaptable is essential. Preference will be given to those candidates who have: • Experience in the use of diagnostic equipment • Excellent time management and organisational skills • A strong 'can do' attitude • The ability to work unsupervised, and as part of a team • Attention to detail, with a focus of providing excellent customer service • A very good level of physical fitness • Seeking fulltime employment in a friendly environment Requirements A mechanical repair certificate or similar, inclusive of 3+ years' experience Ability to be able to work unsupervised on farm environments Excellent time management and organisational skills A full clean drivers licence Previous hands-on experience working with on/off-road bikes and equipment In Return The opportunity to grow your skillset within a large network with ongoing training Competitive remuneration Ongoing career development If you think that you are the right person for the role, we want to hear from you.
