We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude to join our team as a Milking Machine Tester. We’ll fully train you to become a Registered Milking Machine Tester (a one week MPTA certified course) and then give you the support to succeed. About the Role You’ll inspect and test milking machines on farms, to ensure they operate efficiently, safely, and meet industry standards. Using specialist tools and following established procedures, you’ll test machine performance, identify faults, and recommend solutions. It’s hands-on and varied work — with no two days the same. What You’ll Do * Conduct visual inspections of milking machines * Perform tests and record results * Troubleshoot faults and recommend solutions * Communicate with the service team regarding repairs What We’re Looking For * Reliable, self-motivated, and methodical * Comfortable working independently on farms * Full driver’s licence (restricted licence can be worked with too) * Positive attitude and keen to learn — we’ll teach you everything else!
