THE ROLE:
Based in Tauranga, this role involves completing various maintenance tasks and duties as directed by the Senior Operations Coordinator. You will be a critical part of the maintenance team, responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping the Senior Operations Coordinator updated on job progress. This may include working on any Access site and performing a variety of tasks, including lawn mowing duties.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing all jobs to a high standard to mitigate callbacks.
* Planning daily to tackle jobs as efficiently as possible.
* Updating job comments and photos through the field app.
* Maintaining your vehicle and company equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
* Upholding company values and core values in all daily actions.
* Complying with all Health, Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
YOU WILL NEED:
* A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience gained in a trade, construction, or related field.
* A full Class 1 driver's licence
* The ability to work productively in adverse conditions.
* Strong communication skills to interact clearly with teammates, employers, and clients.
* Punctuality, professionalism, and strong time management skills.
