The Role
My client has built a strong reputation throughout New Zealand for supplying premium European vehicles and delivering a high standard of customer service. The business has grown significantly over time, expanding from a small workshop attached to a single showroom into a much larger operation now consisting of multiple showrooms alongside dedicated workshop and office facilities.
The workshop has built a team of experienced technicians, with the business now looking to add another to this group due to continued demand and workflow.
You'll be working across a massive range of premium European and prestige vehicles, including:
* Lamborghini
* Ferrari
* McLaren
* Porsche
* Bentley
* Aston Martin
* Mercedes-Benz
* Land Rover
* Maserati
* Jaguar and other high-end European brands
This is not your standard workshop environment. The team services vehicles previously sold through the dealership as well as brand new stock off the ships from overseas. Stock moves quickly through the business, creating a constant pipeline of servicing, diagnostics, repairs, vehicle preparation, and technical fault-finding work.
The workshop environment is fast paced, professional, and collaborative. The technicians take genuine pride in the vehicles they work on and the quality they deliver. This role would suit someone who enjoys being around premium vehicles and wants to continue building their expertise across modern European systems and diagnostics.
What we are looking for:
* NZ Level 4 Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering
* Proven experience working on European vehicles
* Strong diagnostics and fault-finding capability
* Confidence working on luxury and performance vehicles
* Positive attitude and team-first mentality
* Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
