The Opportunity, should you choose to leap for it We are currently on the lookout for a Shift Supervisor The Shift Supervisor position is available in our Secondary Processing Operations working 3 days on 3 days off work roster (2x 11 hour day shifts, 1 x 12 hour day shift) starting at 5am on your rostered days. As a Shift Supervisor you would lead teams of up to 12 people ensuring safety, production & quality targets are achieved. Remuneration is by Piece Rate. We want a safety conscious, charismatic leader who has the ability to foster a continuous improvement culture in a dynamic environment. Some knowledge of wood manufacturing will be an advantage, but is not essential. Your proven ability to lead and mentor a team is more important.
