• Galvanizing Supervisor • Whangarei Based – Full time Avon Industries is a long-established family-owned galvanizing and engineering company that employs 20 staff and has a nationwide customer base. This is a hands-on operations role reporting directly to the General Manager and supervising a team of up to 6 galvanizing and blasting staff. The primary responsibility is to ensure the department operates safely and efficiently whilst meeting customers’ timelines and quality expectations. Therefore you will ideally be able to tick the following boxes: • Some proven experience on the floor in an industrial processing and/or manufacturing environment • Previous experience in staff supervision, along with the management skills to implement day to day production plans • A natural mechanical and/or engineering aptitude • A well developed awareness of good Health and Safety practices in a production environment • A strong work ethic and a willingness to be flexible as required to meet customer requirements Cover note and CV to be emailed to ken@gtadvantage.co.nz, with a closing date of Friday 9 November 2025 Ken Wilson 0212789992
