Our Wellington branch is seeking an experienced Senior Security Supervisor to provide operational leadership and support to our frontline officers across key client sites.
This is a working leadership role, suited to a confident professional who can lead teams, manage incidents, and maintain high operational standards while supporting the development of other officers.
About the Role
As Senior Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of security operations across Wellington. You’ll be the escalation point for operational issues and will work closely with our Operations Controller to ensure our teams deliver consistent, professional service to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and supporting Security Officers on shift
• Responding to incidents and operational issues across client sites
• Ensuring procedures, reporting, and compliance standards are maintained
• Coaching and mentoring officers to improve performance and professionalism
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Completing accurate operational reports and documentation
• Leading by example in professionalism, reliability, and service delivery
This role requires someone who is confident making decisions, comfortable supporting staff in challenging situations, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
The Role
• 36 to 48 hours per week across a combination of day and night shifts
• Operational supervision across multiple Wellington sites
• Requires confidence working around aggressive dogs as part of patrol duties
• Manual driving capability essential
