We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems across New Zealand. We work with high-profile clients across banking, aviation, education, logistics, hospitality, and corporate sectors. Our focus is quality workmanship, innovation, and long-term client relationships. We are growing and are looking for an experienced Security Technician to join our Auckland team. About the Role You will be responsible for: • Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems (IP-based systems preferred) • Installation and servicing of Access Control systems • Installation and servicing of Alarm systems • Fault finding and diagnostics • System upgrades and preventative maintenance • Working alongside client IT teams where required • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and professional presentation onsite This role involves both reactive service work and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), as well as project-based installations. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in CCTV, Access Control and Alarm installation • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability • Experience with IP networking (highly advantageous) • Current COA (or ability to obtain one) • Full NZ Driver’s Licence • Permanent NZ Residency • Excellent communication skills • Professional presentation and client-focused attitude • Ability to work independently and within a team Experience with brands such as Axis, Milestone, Gallagher, Inner Range, Paradox, ICT, Hanwha, Suprema, Hikvision, Uniview or similar would be beneficial - but not essential.
