Support growth in the security industry with training and progression About the role: Deliver friendly, professional customer service to event attendees, organisers, and stakeholders Monitor event environments, identify and respond to potential risks or incidents promptly Conduct security screening (including bag checks, scanning, and ticket/accreditation validation) Assist with crowd direction and movement to keep events running safely and smoothly Support vehicle and gate access control as required by venue procedures Use clear communication to de-escalate situations and provide assistance where needed Uphold Red Badge Group’s values and contribute to memorable, enjoyable events To be successful, you must have: Hold (or be able to obtain) a current NZ COA (Certificate of Approval) security licence Clean criminal conviction record Previous experience in security, hospitality, customer service, or a similar field is preferred Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Eligibility to work in New Zealand and a minimum age of 18 years Why Join Red Badge Group?
