Summary: Seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to drive new business by booking meetings for field sales, offering genuine flexibility in a supportive team. Highlights: 1. They provide a range of competitive and innovative import and export freight forwarding solutions, backed by a strong and experienced customer service team. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to help drive new buisness opportunities. You'll be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and booking meetings for the field-based sales representatives. The role is part-time that offers genuine flexibility - ideal for someone looking for school hours or to fit it in with study or other commitments. You will making outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads and schedule meetings with the external sales team. You will also maintain accurate call records and follow up on prospects, work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client engagement. ABOUT YOU Experience in Telesales or any kind of sales would be an advantage along with the below attributes; * Ideally have 12 months experience in a telephone based sales role or had B2B sales exposure * Have some knowledge of international freight, logistics, or purchasing (advantageous but not essential) * A sense of humour to fit in with the team * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Think outside the box and use your initiative * Attention to detail * A team player with the ability to work well under pressure * Excellent communication; verbal & written SOUND LIKE YOU?
