Professional development and sales training Our client is looking for ambitious, self-driven professionals who are focused on building a successful career within the IT Sales industry. This is a high-volume, outbound cold calling role where your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our clients in the IT space. If you have a proactive sales mentality, aren’t afraid of outbound business development, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! Role Requirements: - At least 1 year of outbound telemarketing sales or lead generation experience required. - Strong work ethic - the harder you work, the more you get paid. - A quick learner with great initiative & adaptability, as campaigns can change often depending on the time of year. - Good communication skills & excellent telephone manner. - Resilience and self-motivation are required to work in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities. (150+ per day). - Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ IT products and services, including hardware, infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions. - Proactively identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline. - Achieve and exceed daily KPIs for call volume and lead generation.
