Proactive and adaptable role with varied daily tasks Join the team at Excel Scaffolding We’re looking for a confident and friendly Sales Support Person to work closely with our Sales Manager. No two days will be the same — you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things organised, following up with customers, and making sure our sales process runs smoothly from start to finish. What you’ll be doing: • Supporting the Sales Manager with a variety of day-to-day tasks • Calling customers to follow up on quotes and leads • Helping to schedule meetings and site visits • Keeping our CRM (Zoho) updated with accurate information • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals • Researching potential customers and opportunities • Assisting with sales reporting and tracking • Jumping in to help wherever needed — tasks can change from day to day We’re looking for someone who: • Has previous sales experience (essential) • Ideally has knowledge or experience in the construction industry (preferred but not essential) • Is confident speaking to people on the phone and in person • Has great people skills and a positive, can-do attitude • Is proactive and adaptable to changing priorities • Is organised and detail-focused • Is comfortable using computers, email, and CRMs (Zoho experience is a bonus) The details: • Part-time role with flexible hours (to be discussed) • Based in Christchurch • Supportive, friendly team environment • Opportunities to learn and grow with the business If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
