We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer & Sales support person to join our national head office, based in Richmond (Hope). This is a full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm office-based position. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Support: order entry, emailing quotes, dealing with general customer enquiries, webstore onboarding. * Sales team support: Provide sales leads to the national sales reps in Auckland and Christchurch and assist them with quotations and marketing material. * Direct sales: you will have a small portfolio of sales accounts to manage via phone contact and webstore sales.
