They are committed to: * Creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional support * Processing orders and identifying ways to make it easier for our customers to do business with us * Taking ownership of queries received from our core customers through our various communication channels including undertaking outbound calling * Maintaining accuracy of customer master data * Proactively engage with Ballance customers, building rapport and maximising opportunities around sales ABOUT YOU You don't need to be an expert to start with us as we are committed to providing full training.
