We have many repeat customers who are positively influenced by the great experience they have when buying and servicing their cars, so we are looking for the right service advisor to lead by example. GVI have been in business for over 30 years and offer a stable working environment along with a generous remuneration package based on experience and skills. Our Penrose workshop handles both internal work and retail customers with a high volume of work going through it. There is a large front-of-house component to this role, so we would expect you to be confident, have good sales and communication skills while being able to deal with a range of customers. You will also be the prime contact for our sales and support teams. As a professional you will be comfortable setting job workflows, deadlines and monitoring progress for our technicians and parts staff while keeping customers happy and promises kept. The daily juggle will be fun but relax, you won’t be thrown in at the deep end on day one, An ability to think on your feet and communicate comfortably with a mix of people are essential.
