Potential for ongoing/permanent contract Company: Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Class 5 Driver to join our team for a major roading project working out of Napier. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, operating heavy vehicles, and being part of a project that keeps our roads moving. The Role: Start date: 13 January 2026 Minimum 3 months of work, with strong potential to become ongoing/permanent for the right person and depending on the season Weekend work may be required Based in Napier and working on-site with a dedicated crew Skills and Attributes: * Full Class 5 license required * Experience with a Road Ranger an advantage * DG Endorsement an advantage * Strong communication abilities * Excellent time management skills. * Mechanical aptitude and high priority toward taking care of machinery and vehicles. * Be able to pass a pre employment drug test * Be legally able to work in New Zealand Payrate: $33 - $35 p/h Hours 6am to 4pm with flexibility as hours may change depending on work load Benefits: * Competitive payrate * Potential for permanent contract * Staff training and development.
