Modern trucks and a variety of roles within the company Class 5 Drivers Wanted K&S Freighters are looking for industry leading Class 5 Drivers for our growing business. If you have a great work ethic, can show up and work hard every day then we would like to hear from you! Flatdeck Regional Role: This role is on a Flatdeck unit based from the Christchurch Branch where you will be predominately carting steel products around the South Island. Tarping required for steel products, so must be physically fit. This role requires nights away, Monday to Friday work with weekend work required from time to time. Average 55+ hour week. To be successful: • Excellent Health & Safety awareness and practices • Full Class 5 License • Be physically fit to restrain products • Able to pass initial and ongoing Drug tests • Be an experienced Class 5 Driver • Have customer service skills and be able to communicate with customers, staff & management • Be able to complete all admin tasks - filling in your timesheets & logbook We will offer: • Flexible and friendly team • Variety of roles & trucks within the company • Modern trucks • Minimum of 40 hours per week • On the job training and ongoing coaching • Uniform and PPE including boots provided • Free pre-employment medical Applicants for this role must have NZ Residency or a valid working visa.
