On the job training and ongoing coaching Class 5 Drivers Wanted K&S Freighters are looking for industry leading Class 5 Drivers for our growing business. If you have a great work ethic, can show up and work hard every day then we would like to hear from you! Role - Class 5 driver: Based out of the Christchurch branch, you will be on a truck and trailer curtainsider truck that will predominately be based on a set run going between Christchurch and Oamaru carting dairy products. Dayshift Work, Monday - Friday with weekend work from time to time. Must be able to have nights away. Average 55 hours per week. To be successful: • Excellent Health & Safety awareness and practices • Full Class 5 License • Be physically fit to restrain products • Able to pass initial and ongoing Drug tests • Be an experienced Class 5 Driver • Have customer service skills and be able to communicate with customers, staff & management • Be able to complete all admin tasks - filling in your timesheets & logbook We will offer: • Flexible and friendly team • Variety of roles & trucks within the company • Modern trucks • Minimum of 40 hours per week • On the job training and ongoing coaching • Uniform and PPE including boots provided • Free pre-employment medical Applicants for this role must have NZ Residency or a valid working visa.
