Part of this success is the great customer service we provide, so we are really keen to hear from you if you share a passion for ensuring all our customers experience exceptional service every time they walk through the door – going the extra mile will be the norm for you. These roles are within our Power Tools, Hardware, Automotive and ready to assemble storage department. Here you will be responsible for advising our customers about the range of product we have on offer and help them select the right tools and materials for their DIY or building projects. For this position we are looking for someone who has: * Enthusiasm and team spirit; * A passion for customer service excellence; * Good time management; * A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible * Willingness to learn; and * Excellent communication skills. Your experience could come from working on your own projects, requiring the use of or it could from working in retail and experience with the use of power tools and building products will be viewed favorably. We are looking for two full timers (40 hours per week) and one part timer (16 hours per week). All roles include a weekend day.
