Summary: This role offers a dynamic front-office environment where you'll manage administrative tasks, communications, and provide a welcoming presence. Highlights: 1. Manage administrative duties and correspondence 2. Provide a welcoming front-desk presence 3. Opportunity to work independently and multitask Nairn Electrical is a locally owned family business that has been operating since 1975. Located in Leeston and Rangiora, servicing the majority of rural Canterbury. This position is for our Leeston head office. Key Responsibilities: • Answering and directing phone calls • Managing emails and correspondence • General administrative duties • Data entry and filing • Providing a welcoming front-desk presence About You: • Friendly, professional, and well-presented • Good communication and organisational skills • Able to multitask and work independently • Some administrative experience preferred • Some experience with word and Excel Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm If you are reliable, organised, and enjoy working in a front-office environment, we would love to hear from you. https://www.nairnelectrical.co.nz Applications close 29th January 2026
