This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role delivering some of the South Island's most exciting projects - from luxury hotels and wineries to large-scale healthcare, retail and airport developments. You'll join a respected project management consultancy that's growing fast in Christchurch. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll: * Lead complex, multi-stage developments from feasibility, to concept through delivery. * Act as the bridge between the Directors and the PM team providing guidance, structure, and stability as the business scales. * Work directly with clients across commercial, healthcare and tourism sectors. * Take ownership; you'll be trusted, empowered and supported, not micromanaged. The business throws people in the deep end (in a good way). You'll get exposure to major projects, real decision-making responsibility, and a steep professional growth curve. What you'll need * 7-12 years' construction industry experience, with at least 2 years of client-side or consultancy project management. * Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects — not just assist on them * Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills * A genuine, down-to-earth attitude — you take your work seriously, but not yourself.
