Opportunity to maximise project value and ensure commercial success Looking for a switched-on Civil Project Manager to take ownership of multiple subdivision projects (approx. $1–$3M each). This role is with a well-respected civil contractor specialising in residential and commercial earthworks, with a strong pipeline of private-build subdivision work. Perfect for someone strong with financials who knows how to run profitable projects and keep things tight from start to finish. What’s in it for you: - $80–$100/ per hour - Weekly pay - 5-month contract with immediate start - Handover before Christmas so you’re ready to hit the ground running in Jan - Autonomy across multiple projects with solid support behind you The Role: You’ll be running several subdivision jobs concurrently, taking full responsibility for project performance, financials, and delivery. Day-to-day includes: - Managing financials, variations, claims, and cashflow - Procurement & subcontractor management - Driving project delivery and keeping programmes on track - Working closely with clients, suppliers, and delivery teams - Identifying opportunities to maximise project value - Reporting, forecasting, and ensuring commercial success What You’ll Bring: - Proven experience in civil construction (subdivisions ideal) - Strong commercial mindset — financials, claims, variations, forecasting - Ability to juggle multiple jobs confidently - Solid communication skills and a proactive approach Interested?
