As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. About the Role: This role is ideal for someone who understands the roofing and construction industry, enjoys coordinating teams and suppliers, and can confidently manage multiple projects at once. You will be responsible for overseeing roofing and cladding projects, communicating with clients, organising materials, managing site teams, tracking progress, and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: *Manage roofing and cladding projects from planning through to completion *Coordinate staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and site schedules *Liaise with clients, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders *Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard *Monitor materials, deliveries, labour, and project timelines *Identify and resolve site issues quickly and professionally *Maintain accurate project records, updates, and reporting *Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements *Support the team to deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer service About You: We are looking for someone who is organised, practical, and confident working in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have: * Previous project management experience in roofing, cladding, construction, or a related trade * Strong knowledge of site operations and construction processes * Excellent communication and leadership skills * The ability to manage schedules, people, materials, and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * A good understanding of health and safety requirements * Confidence dealing with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members * A full driver’s licence * The right to work in New Zealand Roofing or cladding experience would be highly valued, but we are also open to candidates with strong construction project management experience.
