This is a hands-on role overseeing a diverse range of projects including high-end residential, commercial, and multi-unit developments, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Using your strong technical knowledge and practical construction experience, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The role requires proven capability across health & safety, client management, construction methodology, programming, contract administration, and site oversight. This position offers excellent variety and a strong level of client interaction, making communication and relationship-building skills essential.
