Summary: JFC seeks a Construction Manager to lead and manage Auckland Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth. Highlights: 1. The Role: The Construction Manager leads and manages our Auckland Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery, achieving client expectations and business growth targets. Demonstrate excellent leadership, sound commercial and contractual practices whist supporting Project Management team with problem-solving and decision-making skills, and providing the necessary direction and management to Delivery teams. This is a fast paced and important role leading and managing Construction team and requires an energetic team player who is able to provide experience mentoring and leadership to Project managers. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have an exemplary track record of being able to co-ordinate multiple priorities at the same time, while achieving a quality outcome. What We’re looking For: - BEng or similar high level qualifications - Thorough knowledge in NZS 3910 - Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills - Experience in managing Civil / Structural Construction projects - Sound commercial, financial and business practices - Skills in people management and development Lastly, you will need to be a motivated and positive person.
