Role:
The Commercial Manager leads the financial and commercial performance of construction projects, overseeing cost management, contracts, and risk to ensure efficient, profitable delivery aligned with company values. Combining strategic insight with practical expertise, this role drives commercial excellence, guides project teams, and supports the company's sustained growth.

What we are looking for:
* Extensive experience (7-10 years) in commercial management or quantity surveying, ideally within complex, large-scale construction environments.
* Advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and financial governance, ensuring accuracy and commercial control across all project stages.
* Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients, stakeholders, and project partners effectively.
* Proven leadership capability, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Commercially strategic mindset, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive business performance and project success.
