What You Bring: * Extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on capital works. * Deep knowledge of technical, contractual, and financial aspects of construction and maintenance contracts. * Proven expertise in tendering, commercial operations, budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. * Sharp business acumen and a flair for business development. * A Civil Engineering degree (preferred but not essential). * A track record of mentoring high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
