




Looking for a switched-on Civil Project Manager who’s keen to take ownership of a handful of subdivision projects (around the $1–$3M mark). The company is a solid, well-respected civil contractor that focuses on residential and commercial earthworks, and they’ve got plenty of private-build subdivision work on the go. What’s in it for you: - $80–$100 per hour - Weekly pay - 5-month contract with an immediate start - Immediate start or 2026 - Autonomy across multiple projects, with a supportive team behind you The Role: You’ll be across several subdivision jobs at once, taking charge of performance, delivery, and the commercial side of things. Day-to-day you’ll be: - Managing financials, variations, claims, and cashflow - Handling procurement and subcontractor coordination - Keeping programmes on track - Working closely with clients, suppliers, and your on-site teams - Spotting opportunities to maximise value - Reporting, forecasting, and ensuring the projects stay commercially healthy What You’ll Bring: - Solid experience in civil construction (subdivisions is a bonus) - Strong commercial mindset — confident with claims, variations, and forecasting - Ability to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball - Clear communication and a proactive, get-stuck-in attitude Interested?
