Supportive leadership team and strong company culture As Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the Oamaru region, including project delivery, resource planning, business development, financial performance, health & safety, and team leadership. You'll oversee Project Managers, Site Managers, Foremen, Carpenters, Apprentices and Labourers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients have come to expect. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, management of operational resources, development of client relationships, and leadership of a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent people skills, and the ability to see the bigger picture while keeping projects on track.
