We're after a self sufficient, high performing member to join our fast paced environment. Dealing with structural steel, seismic strengthening, and metalworks, you'll be handling projects from A-Z. Where precision, communication, and leadership are key. What we're looking for: - Trade or Degree qualified in a relevant field - A minimum of 5 years NZ experience in project management within structural steel, or a related discipline - Strong ability to read, and interpret engineering drawings - Ideally, you'll bring estimating experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential tools - A solid reputation for delivering results and leading teams with confidence Even more importantly than these technical skills, you'll be - A top-notch communicator, juggling competing priorities - A clear and concise reporter, keeping stakeholders and projects on track What's on offer: - The chance to join an ambitious, energetic, tight-knit team - Monthly BBQs, bonuses, and a great team culture - Vehicle, laptop, phone all provided.
