You will have a safety conscious approach and enjoy working as part of a team. **To be successful in this role, you will:** * Class 2 Licence as a minimum, class 4 preferred * Chip sealing driving experience is advantageous * A background in chip sealing or road construction is preferable * Willingness to learn and develop your skill set * Self-starter and strong work ethic * Exceptional communication skills.
