Collaborate with stakeholders on productivity initiatives **Job Description** **About the role:** We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Onehunga. This role will dive deep into pricing, performance and system improvements to help our Logistics division with efficient decision making and operational capabilities. We are looking for a data driven and sharp Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in finding the “why” behind the “what”. - Produce full and accurate pricing models for our Logistics Division whilst maintaining the integrity of our cost models and rate schedules. - Lead the commercials during annual re-price and ensure all rates are calculated, communicated, and applied accurately. - Analysing the operational and financial performance and recommending strategies for enhanced operational and financial capability. - Monitor KPIs across route optimization, fleet utilization and fuel efficiency. - Assist in creating monthly/quarterly reviews and dashboards to monitor and provide insights on performance and collaborate with key stakeholders to work on productivity initiatives. - Work closely with Finance, Systems teams on process improvement initiatives such as systems integration between operational and financial ERPs. - Administrative tasks to support finance and operations team. - Actively be involved, implement and adhere to all company health and safety policies **For this role, you will have: - Proven Experience as an Operations Analyst preferably in the Transport sector. - Excellent Excel and Power BI skills - Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills - Understanding of the road transport sector with operations background - Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders. **Pay + Benefits:** - Competitive salary - Fully paid medical insurance for you - Opportunity to grow and develop your skills - Training and upskilling opportunities **About the Company:** We’re Alexander Group, a well-established New Zealand family-owned specialist transportation and distribution solutions for hazardous and high value goods.
