Opportunity to grow with a well-established and growing company We’re seeking a Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at Dynes Transport, a leading provider of transport solutions. We run a modern fleet of trucks and trailers backed by a fully equipped in house workshop. We specialise in the reliable and efficient movement of bulk materials and more. About the Role: As a Milk Dispatcher, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing daily scheduling, route planning, and communications with drivers. This is a critical role ensuring our customers receive timely & safe service. Key Responsibilities:- * Plan and coordinate daily driver and truck schedules. * Manage dispatch systems and communicate effectively with drivers. * Ensure timely pickups and deliveries of bulk loads. * Liaise with clients and suppliers to confirm job details and resolve issues. * Work cohesively within the dispatch operations team. * Must be highly focused on health and safety. * Monitor compliance with safety standards, regulations, and fatigue management. * Work closely with operations, maintenance, and admin teams. * Make regular phone calls to drivers, clients and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For:- * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. * Class 5 licence. Hours:- * Full-time, with weekend and afterhours work during the milk season.
