Permanent role in a leading and growing global dairy organization 2. Critical part of the supply chain team with strong execution focus 3. Contributes to operational efficiency through proactive inventory management A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Material Planner to join our leading and growing organisation and wider Yili Oceania group. This is a permanent role offering the chance to be part of a global dairy leader, playing a key role in ensuring products that help feed the next generation are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. A bit about the role: As a Material Planner, you will be a critical part of the supply chain team, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate planning and procurement of all packaging and ingredients required for production. The role has a strong execution focus, managing purchase orders end-to-end, including creation, confirmation, maintenance, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with company policies and standards. You will also maintain purchasing master data such as incoterms and lead times, supporting smooth supplier and inventory operations. This role contributes directly to operational efficiency through proactive inventory management, supplier performance monitoring, and accurate forecasting. You will support third-party manufacturing planning and be involved in the maintenance and continuous improvement of planning tools and systems. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment, this role offers variety, responsibility, and impact. A bit about you: You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across systems, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You bring a tertiary qualification in supply chain management or business analysis, along with experience in purchasing or supply chain roles—ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing. You’re confident using ERP systems and advanced Excel, and you enjoy improving processes while keeping operations running seamlessly. Who are we?
