About the Role: We are looking for skilled and motivated Drainlayers/Drainage Workers to join our growing team. You’ll be involved in installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems and watermains across residential, commercial, and civil projects. The work is varied, hands-on, and offers plenty of opportunity to develop your skills. Key Responsibilities: * Installation and repair of stormwater and wastewater drainage systems * Installation of watermains * Operating plant and hand tools safely and efficiently * Reading and working from plans and specifications * Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality results What We’re Looking For: * Experience in drainage, watermain, civil, or construction work (qualified or working towards a Drainlaying Licence is a plus) * Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions * A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic * Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence (WTR or Class 2 an advantage) What We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience * Training and development opportunities * Variety of projects across Hawkes Bay * A supportive and safety-focused work environment * Opportunity to grow your career in a respected company Please note before applying: This is full time work only, must be able to commit to Saturday work.
