The Role You'll prepare competitive tenders and support procurement and contract financials, working closely with project managers and QSs across commercial and industrial projects. What You'll Do * Prepare accurate tenders and cost estimates * Complete take-offs for labour, materials, and subcontractors * Source and negotiate supplier and subcontractor pricing * Support variations, claims, and final accounts * Review tender documentation and liaise with stakeholders What You'll Bring * 3+ years' estimating experience in plumbing, mechanical, or commercial construction * Strong understanding of construction standards, cost planning, and tendering * Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail * Clear communication skills and solid commercial judgement * Proficiency with estimating software, MS Office, and stakeholder coordination * Full New Zealand driver's licence What's on Offer * Stable contractor with long-term commercial work * Supportive, collaborative team * Real input into tender outcomes * Competitive salary and career progression * A culture built on teamwork, communication, and quality delivery Next Steps: Apply now or get in touch with us for a confidential discussion.
