We’re a well-established drainage company based in Izone, Rolleston, working on a range of exciting projects throughout Canterbury. Due to a growing workload, we’re looking for an experienced Drainlayer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality work across our sites. Key Responsibilities: - Install and repair stormwater, wastewater, and surface water systems - Operate machinery (e.g. excavators, compactors) safely and efficiently - Read and interpret construction plans and drawings - Supervise small on-site teams - Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec - Keep the site tidy and well-organised What You’ll Need: - Minimum 3 years of solid drainlaying experience - Ability to lead a team and work independently - WTR or confined space certifications a bonus - A great attitude and strong focus on safety What We Offer: - Competitive pay - Work vehicle, phone & iPad - Paid day off on your birthday (after 1 year) - Ongoing training and development If this sounds like you, don’t wait , apply today!
