Due to their confirmed forward workload, they are looking for drainage workers to join their crew. **Your new role** You will be in charge of leading a growing drainage crew or have the opportunity to grow into a foreman. Alongside general drainlaying duties, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the crew, delivery of projects, site inductions, and daily checks of plant and equipment. **What you'll need to succeed** * Qualified or Certified preferred however not essential * Must have experience leading crews and civil drainage * The ability to read or interpret plans **What you'll get in return** As well as a very competitive salary, you will be the lead of a successful crew that is rapidly growing.
