These roles are essential to the successful delivery of a range of projects throughout the Wairarapa region. **What you'll need to succeed** For both positions, you'll need: * A strong work ethic and commitment to safety. * Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test. For the Civil Drainage Foreman: * Proven experience in leading civil drainage teams. * Excellent knowledge of site management and drainage systems. * Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate your crew.
