Work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment * Negotiable hourly rate depending on your skills + experience * Short + long term roles available * Weekly Pay We're Hiring Operators With Experience On: * Excavators (All Sizes) - trenching, detail work, bulk earthworks * Skid Steers & Posi Tracks * Rollers (Padfoot/Smooth Drum) * Graders (Final Trim experience a bonus) * Loaders, Dozers, and Water Carts Your Day-to-Day Will Involve: * Safe and efficient operation of plant machinery on civil sites * Tasks including trenching, pipe laying support, site prep, backfill, and final trim * Following site plans and supervisor instructions * Completing pre-start checks and reporting any faults * Working as part of a close-knit team to meet project deadlines * Committing to a high standard of safety and quality What You'll Need: * Proven experience operating civil construction machinery * Valid plant tickets for equipment you can operate * Sitesafe passport * Final trim or GPS experience on excavators or graders? That's a big plus * Own reliable transport * A positive, can-do attitude and reliability on-site * Must pass pre-employment drug test Applicants must have open NZ work rights.
