Our clients are hunting for an experienced civil operator to join their busy team. Born and bred in the South Island, this long standing company have made a great name for themselves. Specialising in several civil disciplines that would see you involved in Commercial, residential, subdivision, drainage and civil projects across the Central territories.

Role:
Is for an experienced Operator that is confident in their skills and has 5+ years experience in the Civil & roading space. You'll be operating up to 20T excavators and be working on a wide range of projects including Drainage & Service Works, Land Development, Residential Works, Technical Civil Earthworks and Construction.

For this role you'll be able to confidently read and interpret plans, be well-presented and enjoy a client-facing role. You're a team player and willing to assist others when needed, able to work unsupervised with a steady workload and preferably be located in Cromwell, while open to working around the wider Central Otago region. But, most of all, you'll love what you do and take pride in your work!
What we are looking for:
* Lead machine operators with 5+years experience
* Experience on a wide range of machinery is a bonus - Ideally Class 2 or above
* Confident in reading and understanding plans
* A strong Health and Safety understanding
* Reliable and motivated with a can do attitude
* Good communication skills, client-facing and well-presented
