Opportunities for growth and development About Us Queenstown Hardfill is a locally family owned quarry operation supplying aggregates throughout the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago region. We pride ourselves on reliable service, quality products, and maintaining high standards of safety. About the Role We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team in a hands-on role across quarry operations and transport. Key responsibilities include: Operating loaders, excavators, and dump trucks Feeding and operating crushing and screening plant Managing stockpiles and loadout Driving tip trucks (minimum Class 4 licence required) General site maintenance and support of daily production Skills & Experience Experience in quarrying, civil, or similar industries (preferred) Minimum Class 4 driver licence WTR endorsements (advantageous) Strong commitment to health & safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and practical problem-solving skills Opportunity for Entry-Level Applicants We are also open to applicants who may be new to the industry but demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
