We're looking for operators with experience in **bulldozers, excavators, diggers, rollers, graders, and Class 2-5 truck driving**. Whether you specialise in final trim, civil drainage, bulk cartage or vehicle recovery, we want to hear from you. You'll be operating heavy machinery for earthworks, roadworks and construction, attending toolbox and WIP meetings, conducting machine checks, and ensuring compliance with NZTA and health & safety regulations. To be successful **, you'll need at least two years' experience, valid WTR endorsements, the relevant Class NZ licence**, physical fitness to work in all weather, and a strong health & safety mindset.
