Our clients are hunting for an experienced civil operator to join their busy team. Born and bred in the South Island, this long standing company have made a great name for themselves. Specialising in several civil disciplines that would see you involved in Commercial, residential, subdivision, drainage and civil projects across Dunedin.

Role:
Is for an experienced Operator that is confident in their skills and has 5+ years experience in the Civil & roading space. You'll be operating up to 20T excavators and be working on a wide range of projects including Drainage & Service Works, Land Development, Residential Works, Technical Civil Earthworks and Construction.

For this role you'll be able to confidently read and interpret plans, be well-presented and enjoy a client-facing role. You're a team player and willing to assist others when needed, able to work unsupervised with a steady workload. But, most of all, you'll love what you do and take pride in your work!
What we are looking for:
* Lead machine operators with 5+years experience
* Experience on a wide range of machinery is a bonus - Ideally Class 2 or above
* Confident in reading and understanding plans
* A strong Health and Safety understanding
* Reliable and motivated with a can do attitude
* Good communication skills, client-facing and well-presented
