Operators with advanced grading capability are essential to achieving these outcomes. The Driver Operator (Truck Driver) is responsible for ensuring all plant is presented, serviced, maintained, and operated in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, in compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, while achieving agreed productivity and quality targets. This role requires a high level of operator skill and judgement, particularly in final trim and finishing works where precision directly affects downstream construction quality. **Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills** This is a multi-skilled position that extends beyond standard truck driving duties, requiring the flexibility to operate both heavy vehicles and specialist civil plant.
