Supportive manager and awesome team culture We're looking for an experienced Drainlayer to lead on-site crews across a range of civil infrastructure projects in Central Otago. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and mentor teams while actively working alongside them to deliver high-quality results. Born and bred in the South Island, this long standing company have made a great name for themselves. They continue to grow and improve the services they offer - next on the list of focus is their drainage division. The current team has big growth plans for the year ahead. They have a mix of commercial, civil projects and subdivisions around the region locked in, and they have the right people in the right seats to ensure they continue on their upwards trajectory. The team is now on the lookout for their next registered or certifying drainlayer. You will be competent and capable laying pipe and sharp on the levers. You'll be operating anything from a 1.7T through to 20T. Loader experience will be handy too! We have plenty of experience in helping skilled workers relocate into Central Otago and we can assist with insight into what to expect moving to the region. Our clients will also help with relocation costs for the right candidate.
