Opportunity to deliver quality work across a range of sites Digger Operator We’ve got multiple civil projects underway in Auckland and Northland and are looking for experienced Digger Operators to join busy crews delivering quality work across a range of sites. This is hands-on, varied work — not just sitting in the cab. You’ll be operating a range of machinery across different stages of civil projects, working alongside solid teams who know how to get the job done. If you’re confident on the controls and take pride in clean, accurate work, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours. Location: Auckland, Northland Start date: Immediate Pay rate: $28–$30 per hour (weekly pay) What’s on offer: - Ongoing work across multiple civil projects - Competitive $28–$30/hr pay, paid weekly - Work with experienced crews on well-run sites What you’ll be doing: - Operating small and large diggers across civil projects - Trenching and drainage work - Bulk earthworks and site prep - Final trim and detailed finishing work - Supporting crews on-site where required What we’re looking for: - 3–5 years’ experience operating diggers in civil environments - Confident across a range of work including trenching, drainage and final trim - WTR endorsements (required) - Strong awareness of site safety and procedures - Reliable, team-focused and able to work alongside crews - Physically fit and willing to get involved on-site when needed Why work with Tradestaff?
