This role is heavily focused on trenching for drainage, so you'll need to be confident working around services, cutting clean lines, and supporting the crew on site. This isn't just a sit-in-the-cab role - there's an expectation you'll jump out, assist with manual labour when required, and work as part of the team. You'll be joining a small, Kiwi-owned crew that values reliability and good workmanship.
